Garage siding.
We had a small project. The siding on one side of our garage door trim needed repairs. Juan's group were working on our neighbors home and doing a great job. We thought our job was too small for him but he had no problem repairing the area. Amazingly he was able to match the color and it looks like new!! We are very happy with his work.

Fantastic Results times 2We have had two major projects completed by Manassas home remodeling. They knocked out a wall and completely remodeled our kitchen. The final results were nothing short of amazing. The work was done in a timely fashion even at the heights of Covid restrictions when there were shortages of everything. Our second project was a carport/shed. The work was done quickly and the results are better than even we had hoped for. This father/son company is reliable, communicative, expert planners and always easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Juan’s and Herb Amaya are masters of their trade. We hired them to rebuild a 3-season porch that was falling apart. They exceeded our expectations and built us what is now our favorite room in the house. Their work was thorough, skillful and meticulous to the very last detail. Their kept us well informed and were excellent communicators. They were also remarkably kind,
warm and a pleasure to work with. In my many years of home ownership, I have never been so pleased and impressed by another contractor. I recommend them without reservation for any home remodeling project.

Porch and Deck Replacement
Juan and his son Herberth were hired by us to tear down our old deck and porch and replace them. They have an excellent work ethic, were very upfront and honest, pricing was reasonable, communication was frequent, they were responsive to our questions and input and their craftsmanship was high. They found out what we liked/didn't, made recommendations, came up with a clear list of what they would do, and the end result is excellent. The porch/deck are beautiful. Would happily use them again. There was a delay in the process, but this was due to the LONG delays in 2020 in the county granting permits due to COVID. Overall very happy.

They’ve done a complete kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels and they added on a carport & shed. Their prices have been very fair & competitive and the communication during the all processes was 100%. Their work is perfect and exactly what we ordered. Even the cabinet hangers commented on how precise they were. They’ve also done smaller jobs (hand rails, step repair) - always with a smile and excellent communication & prices. It was perfectly built in a short time and looks perfect and beautiful.
